WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
Please allow up to 5 business(working) days for orders to be dispatched. You will receive delivery updates and tracking number via email as soon as your order is confirmed for delivery with one of our couriers.
We charge a flat delivery rate on all our products. Please check the product page for delivery costs.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL
When placing an order with us you will receive a email confirmation from us containing details about your order. Once the package has been processed with one of our couriers you will receive delivery updates a Tracking Number and an estimated date and time when the parcel will be delivered to the address indicated on your order.
If you have received notification from the courier company that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first calling them directly to investigate further.
All our orders placed with us are Signed For only.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
Yes, all orders placed with us can be cancelled. All orders cancelled will go through our
Return Policy.
If you wish to cancel an order please email us at returns@mysticmoods.co.uk with
the SUBJECT : ORDER CANCELLED fallowed by ORDER NUMBER.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and therefore non refundable.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer Exchanges. We only offer
refunds. All Mystic Moods products are refundable within 30 days of receipt. We
are not able to issue a refund outside the 30 days return window.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please note: all taxes/duties that apply to your purchase are solely your
responsibility. Mystic Moods cannot be held accountable for any taxes/duties
charges

If you choose to not pay the taxes/duties for any product to be returned to us,
we will not be able to issue you with a full refund when we receive the product(s)
back. We will only be able to issue a partial refund — the refund will be issued
minus any taxes/duties and shipping costs that we have incurred for receiving the
product back.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT
ITEM RETURNS
If you are not happy with a product you have 30 days from receipt to claim a full
refund, returns outside the 30 days window are not accepted. All returned parcels
are refunded within 14 days of receiving the product back . We aim to issue
refunds as soon as the item is received back .To initiate a return please email
returns@mysticmoods.co.uk with your order number. PLEASE NOTE: all
products must be returned following our returns conditions; products must be in
re-saleable condition(unworn, unwashed), and have the “Not Refundable if
Removed” TAG still attached. We do not cover the costs for any return delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ITEM RETURNS
For international returns please initiate a return by emailing us at
returns@mysticmoods.co.uk with your order number.PLEASE NOTE: when
returning your products to state on any custom declarations that your parcel
contains “ Returned Goods”. We do not cover the costs for any return delivery,
custom charges or other costs that incur in returning the goods to us.
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN PRODUCT(S)
It can take up to 14 day’s for an item to be received back. This is dependent on
the courier services you use.
Once we have received your return we aim to refund you to your original method
of payment with 5 business (working) days.
Please note; always remember to email us with the intention to return your
product(s) and your order number at returns@mysticmoods.co.uk We have no
way of checking if your parcel has been received if we do not have any
informations on your intention to return a product and the order number.
If you can see your return has been delivered and your refund hasn’t been
processed. Please email us at customerservices@mysticmoods.co.uk so we
can look into it further.

Conscious shopping is a buying decision based on how environmentally or
socially conscious are the products bought.
HOW MANY TYPES OF PRODUCTS DOES MYSTIC MOODS SELL
We sell two types of products. These products are divided by two main
categories;
○ Annular Products; Preowned, Secondhand, and Vintage — these include ,
garments, shoes and accessories.
○ Sustainable Products; limited editions — these include, garments and
accessories.
Our Annular Products focuses on Fashion Circularity, whilst our Sustainable
Products(sold under the Mystic Moods Brand ) focuses on Sustainability and
Transparency.
The best way to keep up to date with our new products and circularity program is
by joining our mailing list in the site footer.
HOW DO YOU MEASURE MYSELF
All our second-hand, preowned and vintage samples are 1/2(half measurements
)measured ,flat and without stretch.
When wanting to find if a product is your size - use a tape measure and take your
measurements(bust, waist and hips) in full and divid them by two. Compare your 1/2
(half measurements), measurements against the product measurements.
If your measurements correspond with the product measurements outlined on the
product page then it is a match.
PLEASE NOTE: Always remember to add a tolerance in an amount over or under as
this is often expressed when measuring our products.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE
For all product sold under the Mystic Moods brand we recommend that you compare
your measurements against the product description page and on our SIZE GUIDE.

All our second-hand, pre-owned and vintage samples are divided in four main
categories:
